Our process starts with a roof evaluation, where we take note of the severity of the growth and debris while, most importantly, notifying you of any damage. From here, we offer high-pressure cleaning or our soft-wash cleaning service.
Soft Wash Cleaning: This process utilizes an algaecide mix applied via low pressure to kill off the growth, allowing us to simply rinse it off without any high pressure. When doing so, we do a pre- and post-saturation of the surrounding vegetation. Upon request, we also implement the use of our neutrapods, which deactivate the cleaning agent as it comes down the gutter.
High-Pressure Cleaning: This process utilizes solely high-pressure washing to remove all of the growth and debris. This is for customers who are extra cautious about chemical use.
Note: We have never caused the death of any vegetation with our standard soft-wash method because we take extra precautions.
